The Fountains

Yesterday we took all three of the kiddos to Parc Andre Citroen. It's a huge park about a 15 to 20 minute walk away from our apartment, and it's perfect for families. It has a whole bunch of little gardens with paths that are named by color (jardin noir, jardin blanc, etc.). These surround a large grassy area with plenty of space to play soccer or have a picnic. Adding to that there is a giant hot air balloon that gives rides (for a nice penny) to view the city. However, the most wonderful thing about this park is that they have fountains that the children can play in. In the summer, the fountains turn on around 10am, and children from all over can come and play in them. Sadly I forgot to take a picture this last time out , but I'll include some from our previous trips to the fountains (which was about a year ago because of winter and being in the States). We have so much fun. I definitely think they are better than a swimming pool.
